Hello!

I’m Connor also known as Kolya, creator of StrategyFront Gaming.

My mission is simply to create detailed reviews, guides, and various articles which will hopefully be a bit more informative and interesting than the mainstream game news sites.

I hope to stay away from the click-baiting titles and 2-minute reviews of those mainstream sites. Instead, I’ll be focusing on more in-depth discussions of strategy games.

I’ll be writing about everything from what I think are the best strategy games, to mod reviews, and more. I’ll also cover upcoming older strategy games and discussing their impact on the industry.

I’ve mainly been inspired by Youtube creators like Joseph Anderson and Mandalore Gaming. I would like to bring this level of quality and detail to my writing.

In terms of the strategy games I like, Crusader Kings II is my favorite strategy game ever, though I’ll be the first to acknowledge its flaws. The depth of the character interactions and the intrigue work just keeps me coming back.

I’ve found there often is a ton of great analysis of strategy games. Mostly on forums, in Reddit threads, and generally hidden away but little of it is easy to find. I hope to change that and further the discussion of these amazing games.
